Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit galfernandes.com or contact me, and how you can exercise your rights.
Who is responsible
This website is the personal portfolio of Gabriel Fernandes, E-commerce Manager and Web Developer. For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact contact@galfernandes.com.
What data is collected
This website has no account area and no contact form. If you email me, I receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message. When you visit the site, the hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, which is needed to deliver the site securely.
Why it is used
Emails are used only to reply to you and to discuss a potential project. Technical data is used to operate, secure and improve the website. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.
Hosting and analytics
The site is built and hosted with Framer (Framer B.V.). Framer may collect anonymized usage statistics, such as page views and referring pages, to help understand how the site is used. This website does not set advertising or marketing cookies.
Links to other websites
This site links to external platforms such as LinkedIn, Behance, Instagram, YouTube and client websites. Those services have their own privacy policies, which apply when you visit them.
How long data is kept
Email conversations are kept only as long as needed to handle your request or an ongoing collaboration, and are then deleted. Hosting logs are kept by the provider according to its own retention rules.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the LGPD in Brazil), you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use. Send your request to contact@galfernandes.com and I will reply as soon as possible.
